Normally take a trundle up every couple of years, missed last year so might well make it this time around.
Almost certainly will have been out in the mighty 'Burgh the night before, almost certainly will spend most of the day hanging out of my ass, and almost certainly will buy another 'bargain' that I had no real need for before going!
See you there!

PS - Marc, if I STILL haven't remembered to post you up them brake pads by then, feel free to give me a sarky reminder and I'll bring them up to the show with me (if I remember!)

I doubt I'll be going went last year and was fairly disapointed with the whole thing. I did however pick my new bike because of it. But I don't really need anything or want anything so I'll give it a miss.

I skipped last year's so thought i'd give it a go this year seeing as i need a new lid and may come away with a bargain!
Plus its a chance to see just how ugly the Panigale really is :-)

Have not been in 2 or 3 years so I quite fancy a jump about and a poke around on the new stuff.
All I'll be picking up is a placcy pint and the sniffles though.:(

Senior tickets (65 and over) £7 pre booked or £12 at the door.
All transactions are subject to a £1.50 transaction charge (this is per transaction, not per ticket)

Oh well, looks like we're away at a wedding that weekend. Suppose it'll not kill me to miss it 2 years on the bounce.

Tickets booked. Not long now. Hope its a fairly decent day weatherwise, might be able to go a wee pootle afterwards :-)
Pretty likely to be going to this, will decide in the week leading up to it i reckon. Also considering a new helmet, should have bought one of the Arai or Shoei ones at the Birmingham show for £100 really...
Weathers not looking to bad this year for a change ;)
But if you are going to venture over and use the Forth Road Bridge, be aware there are major roads works on it this weekend, contraflow on Saturday and Sunday up to midday and the 40mph restriction on the M9 spur

Being chauffered over today. Not been for a coupla years.
Hopefully weather is dry to watch chief mentalist, Kevin Carmicheal.
Also a few scoops and expensive chips and some seat n switchgear testing, and plastic tapping of the new shiney shiney.
Probably only pick up the sniffles, right enuff. :)

Have a look at the new MV Brutale if they have a stand there, i got offered free tickets up there, but its a long way up to Scotland for a bike show!
We'll be venturing north of the Border tomorrow for a wee visit. Hopefully pick up a paddock stand and try and find some gloves I'm comfortable with. Sadly I'll have the Treasurer with me...

The last time I saw new mv's or even aprilias there was about 10 yr ago!
No bm stand ( i must be getting old) either. Spent most time fawning over the "classics" (early 70's to mid 80's lovelies)... That confirms it then! Sam Brown belt imminent :)
Think I'll be giving it a by for a few year again.
Ton of gear though Bri.
Away to sniff my Nick Sanders book then watch the DVD......:)

Thought it was ok really, but the £12 asking price is a bit steep though!
There were some bargains to be had on gear if you were looking. My brother got a MSS Kawasaki Fleece for £20. I got my self a Suzuki top also £20 (pics below). Alpinestars SMX Plus boots were £190 and selected Shoei XR1100 lids for £315 ;)

I was really disappointed with the standard of stuff on sale this year, almost every stall seemed to be peddling cheap, tacky crap.
Lots of nice shiny things to sit on though, just about made it worth the trip.
Had a decent day, and good company in Littleoldman2... mustn't forget to mention the Treasurer who stopped me spending.
Nice to see BigSteve and Ben from Aberdeen.
Said hello to RamJam but he ignored me...

Had a great day with Bri and the Treasurer many thanks, what a lovely couple.
Put up a few photos on FB and made the album "public", no pics of shiny new bikes as they were all covered in folk. Lots of Kwac triples also a CB400/4 for Bri

Will get them up on to the site later as I'm worn out.

Have no idea how to check, what the problem is. Tried it myself from the forum when I posted it and it worked OK but now doesn't. Works OK via FB. Will get them onto photobucket or similar ASAP.
