Apologies if this has already been mentioned this time round but I noticed that Lidl has, or at least my local one still has stock, of their battery chargers for sale again. Bike compatible with trickle function etc for the princely sum of £12.99.
The spec is here http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/xchg/lidl_uk/hs.xsl/index_27894.htm and similar (same?) ones seemed to get good write ups on the forum last year http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=160858
Now, if only I'd noticed they had stock in the LIDL 5 minutes from my house before I flattened my battery last week (yeah, I know - turn the feckin heated grips off whilst at work!:(). I ended up using a car charger which did the job and hopefully didn't do any damage but I think it's too highly rated for bike batteries (despite what it claims). Anyway, I'm off to pick a LIDL one up tomorrow, assuming there isn't a mysterious overnight rush...
