A couple of days ago, I was waiting to pull out right from a busy road junction (in the car) some car driver was in front of me waiting to turn right into the road I was on, a bike was travelling from the right, headlight on, very clear to see and the stupid idiot in front of me, turned directly across the path of the biker, who then had to slam his brakes on to avoid the car, nearly losing his back end luckily he managed to miss the car but very nearly came off in the process.
Seeing this from where I was sat, I just couldn't believe this idiot in the car didn't see the bike, they clearly didn't register there was a bike coming towards them, their brain isn't set to look for bikes, how the hell can you educate them - THINK BIKE!!
to be harsh on the biker, he probably wasn't very experienced and should have realised you have to be ready to stop at junctions like that cos these idiots just don't look for you on a bike- I'm sure he's learnt that by now though
