It's ok buddy I'm not actually buying, just passing time sat at the back of a conference waiting for all these mother suckaz to get a shuffle on..

Sounds like a TRE (timing retard eliminator) to bypass various OEM engine management stuff for emissions/power delivery in various gears etc.
