Not riding, else this would be in the Bikes section. No, my problem is when I'm iPoding in the gym. I can't seem to find a pair of in-ear headphones that stay stuck in my ears when I'm running. It doesn't seem to matter which of the three sized silicon ends I use, they still keep slipping out again. I've even tried roughing the surface up a little bit to stop them sliding out but made little or know difference.

So, oh wise Orgers, can anybody please recommend either a pair of headphones that will stay put, or a method of keeping wayward earbuds in place?

The Xmas tree shaped in ear phones should stay in, the wife has some noise cancelling Sony ones and they stay in quite good tbh.

There is a company in the states that supply a kit for about £40 that you mould your own to your own ears.

I'm gonna be investing in these for use on the bike.

Sennheiser PMX or similar

Edit: 70, 80 or 680. Not 90.

The do special headphones for running with, I have some of these (http://www.philips.co.uk/c/headphones/actionfit-adjustable-fit-washable-shq3000_10/prd/)

Don't get them though cause they are a right pain to get on and off and still come loose making the music sound tinny.

Klipsch S4's, they are great for this, they are going nowhere once inserted as you pretty much have to sodomise your ear canals with them but they sound ace and won't slip out.
Amazon had them for a little over £20 when I last looked.

I've got some £30 Sonys that I've run with in and they're happy as larry, I've always had Sonys since the properly in ear thing came out and never been disappointed. Nice and bassy too

See if there is some comply foam ear tips available for your head phones. They expand in your ear like an earplug and make the music sound great. Mine have never fallen out whilst being used at the gym.
