The Americans already produce a jet sports bike, Jay Leno has one, can't remember the name but it's a full production model.

Yeah - that's mentioned in the comments from the article I think. The Jay Leno model is massively expensive as they build from scratch, where as this one is a 'modification' - lol

Purely cosmetic, so insurers wont increase premium when you declare the slight modification? ;)

Insurance: Do the modifcations increase the power by more than 5%?
