Curvy OEM new front brake disc thickness?

Hi, does anyone know what thickness the OEM discs start out at? I am refurbishing the curvy and checked the thickness which are around 4.2-4.5mm.

Service limit is 4.0mm according to genuine service manual, not sure where they start.

oem are 4.5

some aftermarket may be 5
