Hello All,
I've got an SV650 K2 (on an 03 plate) for grabs.
In a nutshell, I bought it three years ago as my first bike and inevitably.....
hit some gravel at about 15 mph,
Fell off.
Made a ding in the tank, and a scuff up the fairing
(Oh, and broke my collarbone when i slid into the kerb)

My collarbone has no effect on the operation of the bike.

It's still running fine, had a major service last year, brakes serviced, and oil/plugs changed e.t.c.

It's showing signs of it's age, it is 9 years old, and has been kept outside under a cover until recently.

The tank's got a bit of rust showing, but it's literally just surface stuff.

I live 5 mins from my work, i not long moved. The bike's now stored in an underground car park, and I don't commute on it. (Which was my intention when i got it) thus i'm selling up.

It's done 23,778 miles. about 200 of which were in the last yr.
Original toolkit, book, 2 keys. FSH, new tyres (still not fully scrubbed in).
Taxed until July,
MOT good until April.

Some pics below, you can see the ding on the tank and the scratched fairing. There's a local(ish) guy who said he'd sort this for £200 but i never ever got it done.

More pics if you want, let me know.

Open to reasonable offers. It's the more desirable curvy model, and has retained it's value well. (Obviously, not as well as if i'd stayed on it!)

Open to sensible offers, Obviously needs picking up from liverpool city centre.
If you're interested, or want more pics, drop me a line. Or reply. I'll keep an eye on the thread.

There's a few online at the moment, between £1895 and £2695. Given the damage, i'd be happy to settle for £1500.
If it's not gone in a week or so, Will consider ebay next weekend.

Cheers
Dean

Forum rules say you must state a price.

Pity about the off mate and as you clearly state it is the more desirable curvy model, with or without ding

I read the rules. obviously missed that. Odd. Will amend shortly. Cheers for the heads-up.

That's not the easiest set of rules to find, can i suggest they're slapped under the forum rules section? as opposed to being buried in a stickie at the top of the thread?
Anyhow, i've slapped myself on the wrist,
The offending "rule"

"Auctions
No items may be put up for auction or any form of bidding. Items must be offered for sale for a specified amount and if postage is required this should be stated."
