1: Do prices include postage?
2: Where does the RAM mount ... um... mount? Is it in the head tube?

1. No I haven't included postage, but 2nd class or even 1st class won't be too expensive. Most items are light.

2. The Ram mount in picture mounts on to with the handle bars. Basically a round cylinder shape is needed to mount onto.

Are the mirror extenders still available? Would they fit with after market mirrors on? (they use same fittings)
