Anyone got a locking kit for a DW8 Engine?

To save me having to buy one, anyone got one I can borrow

DW8 = Peugeot 1.9 diesel as used in also sorts of Peugeot , Citroen, LDV etc.

Is this so you can set the Crank/Camshaft position? Not familiar with the Peugeot engine but can you not make/adapt something. I did so recently on my sons Vauxhall.
