My Sunday morning has just been ruined by lines of cars struggling to get past groups of cyclists ridings 2 and 3 abreast..... gggrrr.
Oh, and lines of cars held up by old people going at 25mph in a NSL.
I'd forgotten how bad Sundays mornings were round here..... maybe a bit further afield next time.

I'm just about to go for a blast myself but you can guarantee the roads will be filled with the blue rinse brigade on the way back from the garden centres.

Went past a Wyvale on my way back from the dump this morning and could not believe how packed it gets at 10:30 on a Sunday - it cannot be just because the sun is out surely?! And as it's so bad at the weekend why do the old duffers all go there en masse for opening time? Go mid morning on a Monday when it's empty. Or better still go to an independant GC where you get MUCH better service. [/TITCHMARSH]
Did seam a lot of peep's about today.
Lucky Saturday was fine even if the roads a bit grubby .
Could do with a hard rain to flush the grime away.

I went for a 30 mile blast yesterday just trying new suspension settings and came over a blind hill to find loads of horse crap in the road :(
Luckily wasn't going too fast so I couldnt react.
Thoes things should be fitted with nappies:mad:

Shall we go halves on dragons den ? :)
I went out for a quick venture today and was stuck behind a few of the usual crowd.. travelling 40 in a 60 is just plain irritating!
Seen lots of bikes out and about tho

What i find more irritating is when the speed limit changes from NSL to a 30....yet they continue to drive at 40!!

I don't usually mind cyclists, but these were in a group going up a gentle slope in an area with double whites. And the ones on the outside weren't even overtaking, just staying in the same position relative to those on the inside.
Just inconsiderate.

I've wound down my window before and gave them some mild abuse tbh, it's not legal to ride like that either.

Same on Saturday in the car. Hung back, didn't move, pipped the horn, didn't move, so I just gunned it through and ensured the guy on the outside could feel the wind off my wing mirror. I didn't have much choice about getting close, the cyclist refused to move and the other wing mirror was brushing the hedge on the other side. Still I went though a fair bit faster than I would normally pass a cyclist and give a blast of the horn just as my front wing came alongside :smt077
