So I'm finally getting my bike back after it being taken off the road for the winter and I was looking for some other people around my age (19) to go on some trips and rides with! I live in Edinburgh so if there is anyone kicking about here that wants to go for a ride, give me a shout :)

Best going out with old folk you can learn from, and there's plenty of 'em on here;)

It's untrue that we go about old triumphs and smell of wee.

When you are in leathers and a helmet it is hard to tell what age some one is,but I agree with the comment that riding with "more experienced" riders could be beneficial. Not to be taken as a criticism of your personal riding abilities by any means.Life is a learning curve and I have still to meet the person who knows it all although some may think they do.
I have been riding for 40+ years and can still pick up the odd tip here and there------------enjoy your bike and new found freedom.
Dont rule out riding with folk simply because they are older, there's a great bunch on here, you'll get on great with many of them! Hope to see you on a ride out soon!
