Depends which Tomb Raider version. I don't see the original game patch anywhere though it must be around. The patch for Tomb Raider Anniversary is at http://tomb-raider-anniversary.com/tomb-raider-anniversary-cheats/nude_patch/ (Slightly NSFW. And the usual disclaimers apply for actually installing any of these patches)
