Anyone know of good places to park the bike in Cardiff Bay?

See them quite regularly by the Millennium Centre. Some folks leave them just off Bute Place (where the bus stops are) but I doubt that's very legal, I see more on Cilgant Bute which is the little dead end street that runs behind the Eli Jenkins.
