Hi all, I am currently looking to sell my SV so I can fund myself at Uni a bit more adequately, although I am quite attached to my Suzi :/

Anyway details:

10373 Miles (probably will increase slightly - no more than 11000)
I am the 2nd owner having had it from about 3500 miles
Pale blue (I think it's called eucalyptus silver or something along those lines)
Just about to have a service, Oil and air filter and brake fluids.
Last service at aprox 8000 miles, Oil and Oil Filter
Seat cowel
Pillion seat and rail available, sitting at home
Fuel Carbon look exhaust, sounds mind blowingly good!
Black double bubble screen
Mini front indicators (originals available too)
Crash bobbins
Short powder coated brake and clutch levers

The bike has always been stored inside in the garage, although it has rubbed against the wall of the garage upon entering the garage once, so the right Crash Bobbin and Right Bar end is scuffed. The top yolk is also scuffed slightly where my keyring has been dangling when riding although lately I've taped it up so the keys don't rub, but maybe a bit late.

The tax and Insurance is due to finish at the end of this month so as of April 2012 I shall be SORNing after it's service, as I don't ride it whilst at Uni but want it nice and ready for when ever.

I am looking for about £2750 but am open to reasonable offers :)

The best way to appreciate this bike is to come have a look (based in Solihull next to Birmingham) it rides absolutely amazingly and looks great along with sounding mean too! I know who ever ends up with suzi will appreciate it so much!

* I forgot to add, I have both the normal ECU and a restricted 33BHP ECU available
** forgot to mention my Phone - 07850 464809 or email - mzydm@nottingham.ac.uk or of course you can PM me!

Oh and I also forgot - On the bike at the moment are a set of Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa's which are great, sticky etc... They were put on the bike when I got a puncture in my rear tyre on a trip to Wales. The set that were on the bike were Michellin Pilot Road 3's and had done about 3000 miles on them before the puncture - the chaps who changed the tyres kindly posted my tyres back home to me. So as well as the Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa's on my bike I also have the set of the Pilot Road 3's available (at a small cost) to take too, or only the front if you don't want the punctured rear!

I'm not having any luck getting any time to take the bike out lately so it looks as if the mileage won't actually be going up after all! There's been a small amount of interest but not enough! I am willing to be flexible with the price with you guys! x

If the crash bobbins are R&G and you want to sell them separately, let me know! :)

Shall we hit more along the lines of £2550?

SORN'd as of today, I'd be happy to sort out road tax if/when someone is interested in buying the bike! also - £2550

How much for the pilot 3s? I need new hoops soon. What's their condition ?

The front has quite a bit of its life, probable done 1/3 to 1/4 of its life, rear more like 1/2 to 1/3. But I'd like to point out/ remind you the rear is still punctured, I haven't had it repaired so it may be worth getting a new rear! As for the front how does something along the lines of £60 sound? Is that reasonable? if you'd like the rear too then add another 15 on top, I personally would just get another though - Better still, I think the perfect combination for next time with these tyres would be pr3 front and pr2 rear. Both dual compound with the front have two stickier compounds on it than the rear. I believe that would give you the most life too along with value for money

has it got any MOT left on it and if so how much??

Thank You

The MOT is about to be renewed along with road tax - The weather is getting slightly better so I think I want to take it out a bit - MOT will be for 12 months, road tax for 6

Of course, I shall endeavour to tax and MOT it sometime early next week but be warned - I think that'll make me slightly less lenient on price!

Serviced today, Oil, Spark plugs and Brake fluid changed. Air filter cleaned, oiling of pivot points, bolts tightened etc. Also I have re-inserted the baffle.
Tomorrow, I think with the fairing still off I shall clean even further into the engine bay and remove anything that may be lodged in there and give the insides of the fairings a rinse too. looks pretty shiny but you never know what may be hiding within!

when you say less lenient on price, do you mean from £2550?

Yeah I'd really like to stay as close as that as possible, I'm sure something can be worked out!

Get yourself some beer money for uni and reply to my question (whether crash bobbins are R&G and whether you'd let them go seperately)?

*don't drink* Sorry chief missed your question completely, I'm afraid they were on the bike when I got it so I don't have anything to fill in the gaps but yes, they are R&G 'classic' bungs (what I'm saying is, if you can provide the original cover part then I'd be willing to take them off the bike)

It was a figure of speech.. No worries bud. Good luck with the sale! Surprised this is still here, looks like a decent buy for someone!

Confusing I know, do you think the price is high? Maybe just the wrong place to post it? And good sir, I was implying that if you can provide me with the little caps that cover the hole left on the fairings, I'd think about removing the bungs!
Let me know if you think that would work?

I think the price is about right to be honest. I bought mine in Feb for £2750 with 3500 miles but felt I got a pretty good deal at the time. I think your bike would be a good buy for someone as it looks in decent condition with a year tax/mot and just serviced! Personally not a fan of the colour, but that's just me.

Depends how much you'd be after for them. Feel free to PM me to stop clogging up your for sale topic :) I will look into how much it'd cost (and how easily I'll be able to get hold of) to get the little caps to cover the holes.
