Yes the sv went to a good home. But I still miss it. The KTM is a totally different machine. I have not even taken a proper spin yet! Going to my parents house soon. 16 miles of country back roads :)

Imagine tuning your SV to be into its peak power curve from the moment you snap the throttle, no low down grunt but just instant BWAAAAAAAAAAP.
Quick enough for ya? Great, now strip off about half the weighty crap from the SV and make it a nearly hundred pounds lighter. How about that, thats gotta be quick enough for you!

In summary they're bloody quick, Nimble and Wheelie Happy. :)

But does it wheelie mister?
Just kidding, I'm not big on getting air time. However, I do like the SM look (I'm fancying the new 690 too)
Have fun!

It wheelie is good fun! The seat is really hard, there is no room under the seat for anything bar a small tool kit, The tank range is rubbish, The horn button is in a stupid place and the vibration would shake the life out of you at first! But after a few miles you find you have serious brakes, power on tap, brillant noise's and overall a real hoot of a bike! Delighted with it! :D
