hey ive just purchased a restrictor kit how do i fit and do i need to do anything with the jets help please :confused:

not knowing which kit, I'll presume (as you mentioned Jets) it's the two large washers, they need to be fitted between the carbs and the intake on the cylinders, and no you don't need to play with the jets.

i done that earlier and the bike wouldn t pull in 4 / 5 /6 thats y i thought i dun it wrong i fort bowt lack of fuel ??? thanks alot chris

65mph l- theres something wrong.

Ive had mine to 105 restricted thats off the sat nav reading. Id suggest you get it lookiled at if it's topping out at 65

Another 105MPH (on a private test track your Honour!) restricted SV here, sounds like something is not working right. What have you restricted it to, 12BHP?

Check everything and do make sure that it does not already have an electronic restriction if your bike is K3 onwards!

Let's start at the beginning.

What year bike is it?
Had you ridden the bike before the restriction kit was fitted or did someone else ride it and was it ok?
Was it just two large flat washers that you fitted?
Did you do the work?
