New law coming in . Cant go mc ds unless over 18 . That is stupid . Saying it will cut down obesity . Well i think america needs age limit of 25

i think its wrong to impose an age limit on people who can be served mcdonalds food.......now a healthy-ness limit would be a good idea, maybe a width limit or a weight limit.

Messie
22-03-12, 06:00 PM
Brilliant idea, couldn't agree more. No-one under 18 (or more) allowed to buy the rubbish and no-one allowed to buy for them!

Trouble is, it'll end up like alcohol and cigs - what is banned becomes more attractive

MisterTommyH
22-03-12, 06:02 PM
Brilliant! Does it apply to KFC too?

No need, they manage to do that to each other just fine.

Would be curious for you to reveal the source of such information?

BTW there is nothing wrong with Macdonalds food. I eat it a cpuple of times a month and my BMI is in the healthy section.

-During the 18-year-olds are welcome, but only accompanied by an adult, says entrepreneur Kai Laaksonen.
The age limit applies to all days, weekdays and weekends.
The restaurant has for years been struggling with unrest in and outside the premises. McDonald's is a popular gathering place for young people, but everyone can not behave in an acceptable manner.
According to Kai Laaksonen and restaurant manager Jennifer Hellund involve a mix of small and large disturbances. For some young people use a bad language, disturbing other customers, and appearing threatening to staff.
-Many families are no longer here because they may not eat their food in peace, said Jennifer Hellund.
Neither the interior left in peace.
Laaksonen and staff have tried to tell young people to justice. But since the unrest escalates rather than diminishes, they must put their foot down. The ball is in the young.
-If the young shape up, we quickly remove the restriction, says Laaksonen.

Perhaps the fast food outlets should be a bit more like the pubs. If your very drunk you get told "no more drink for you you've had enough". So when the fat bloke goes to the take away " sorry son you're to fat, no kebab for you but you can have the salad off the top"

However, I wouldn't be surprised if it is true but only for the gambling laws. (As they have just bought out their monopoly thing again).

Without getting into a serious fast food debate, any fast food is ok in moderation as a treat, but will do you harm if its a regualr part of your 'diet'.

I like a macdees occasionally with a large latte :D

They should just make really narrow doorways to fast food places so lardo families can't get in the door.

We should have our BMI and body fat percentage taken by our GP once a year and if your morbidly obese your national insurance contributions should be quadrupled.

I seen an obese woman taking her obese kids to burger king yesterday. How the hell is that not child abuse???

I suppose they'll just eat what they want, not be assed to work or do anything and then when they are so fat they can't move we will pay for their surgery to get thin.
