I know its a bit early but I'm just giving a heads up that I won't be able to organise a rideout for May. So does anyone fancy putting out some options for Runs and taking control?
I won't be able to come out and play what with Weddings one weekend then me being in Italy for some of the others. (thank god I'm not organising the Honeymoon I had it in my head we were away in June :smt018)

The Essxx Gypsys will be camping in Scotland from the 25th May so anything at the end of the month might be interesting---the following weekend is a long one with the Jubilee Celebrations so I think we hope to be home in Essex for that.

Sat 26th we will be leaving Scotch Corner and be in the Stirling area by noon so depending on the weather either east or west coasts for us that day.
I'll try to make this one. Sundays are always difficult though.

i will be away on a work experience course in Endlandshire from 17th to 27th May so if the run is any other of the dates i should be able to make it (depending how wife is)

Keep in mind if the runs in the LAST WEEKEND IN MAY I can make it...
But being honest I just want everyone to have a good ride out and a laugh so your propbably better off without me there... Remember my ears burn too....
Would love to but can only do the last weekend in may, I have the joy of the outer hebs for the rest of may!

Yeah I got married on friday but it was parents and my sisters family only.
We're kicking the @rse out of it and having a meal and drinks for close friends (about 14 of them) on the 2nd June. I have the full intention to get really really drunk...
I'm just hoping to still have a nice tan for it as we head to Lake Garda this Saturday...

What route is being done A, B, or C?
Sunday 20th Route B
ok so the weatherman says its going to be cracking on Sunday but as we all know he lies. if it is cracking and i'm praying to the weather gods it is then we will be doing route B as i have never been to Campbeltown.
10:00-10:30 meet at Stirling Services (fill your tank)
Lunch at Oban or does someone else know somewhere better?
Petrol at Lochgilphead = 126 miles from Stirling Services
on down threw Kintyre Peninsula then back up to Lochgilphead = 227 miles so we fill up there again.
over to Inveraray then over to Balloch for the end.
we will be having breaks around every 40-50 miles the pace will be moderate and not chucca.

A85 - Tyndrum to Oban - WOW :thumbsup:
A816 - Oban to Lochgilphead - got a bit tight and twisty near the end but still a load of fun like
A83 - Lochgilphead to Inveraray - :winner:
Apologies for the confusion at the end. I don't particulary enjoy the A82 down the left of Loch Lomond so I opted for the Wibbly Wobbly and then A817 back over to Balloch. I stopped at the Tulley Inn hoping you guys would show up. I never had anyones number so I hope you's didn't wait too long if you's stopped :)

I don't have any free weekends during June I've got a nice Party next weekend. Doing the test run with Ron at the GAC on the weekend of the 9th, theres space in my tent if anyone wants to cuddle in on the Saturday night*. I've also got BSB at Knockhill at the end of the month and the other weekend I have a childs Bday that I'll be expected to turn up to so unfortunately I'm out...
* shaved legs will be required. thats yours not mine :)
