electrics completely dead on 99 sv 650

hi everyone, i hoping someone on here can help me. when leaving work tonight i started my sv it ran for about 30 second then stalled out, but when i went to start it again there was no power to anything at all, i have checked all the fuses including the main one under the seat and i have power from the battery

Dont mean to offend by this but have you checked the kill switch?

lol yep even when its off the dash lights still should be on and i got nothing, everythings dead

30amp fuse on the starter relay? its seperate from the ones under the seat.
