hi just mot my curvy it needs a new rear disc had a look round they start £39!! to £180 i am looking a round £75ish has anybody any make which is good ?? I am going to change the brake lines at the same time is race better the standard ? and is there any different in makes ?

I've got a Blackshadow on the rear and it's very good (about £30 too). Have Galfers on the front though.

OEM disks are very good and cost effective unless you want a fancy shape.

Goodridge and HEL are tops for lines but nothing to choose between them. Race set up for front is cheaper but that's about all.

Put Armstrong Wavy discs all round on mine with EBC Sintered Pads and Goodridge lines.

Need to be patient bleeding them though.
Your brakes will "feel" much better too.

its a rear brake, who cares, youve got a curvy so the rear brake will lock it up in an instant, anything that does not put that much power imo is more helpfull
