Carb removal - how?

Going absoloutely mental here. Trying to get the carbs off to put restrictor washers in and I cannot for the life of me get to the front clamp screw. Rear carb released easily but I just cannot get to the front carb. Took the screw out of the bottom radiator bracket thinking I'd be able to move the radiator slightly as it said in the guide, but did this (took bloody forever) and the radiator won't budge!!

How else can I get to the screw??

Finally finished after about 5 hours.. that was much harder than expected -.- Found out why it took so bloody long to get the radiator bracket bolt off... it's bent at quite a significant angle. Haven't been able to test out whether the thing runs yet as it's too late, just gotta pray that it works in the morning :D

Bit late to help as ive only just seen this but i keep one of these long drivers handy just to reach those screws on the carb rubber clamps so might be worth getting one for future fettling :)
