you and me both. i need to get fit as i cant walk round to the shops without my legs hurting. think i'll join the gym round the corner where a very famous body builder coaches people and its cheep as chip £20 a year plus £1 every time you go.

Looks like you got a nice afternoon over there quiff, did you take your stills camera too?
Look at Mand go, not just beating Monty but humiliating him :) his short legs are his downfall, he needs some little stilts.

funny thing is he is obedient when its just me and him.. when Mand is around I cant get a look in he just wont leaver her
