Routes and poi downloads for sat nav?

I was wondering if there is a poi for motorcycle parking in london / uk
Not sure if the tom tom rider has them already programmed in.

Also if there were any good route sharing apps for uploading user made routes to tomtom sat navs?

I thought it might be novel to make a POI file for london but prefer not to reinvent the wheel :)
