Just popped out bike started no prob switched it off went to start now flat battery :-( now im stuck in a car park n its a brand new battery charged with an optimiser any ideas guys n girls

Sounds like a discharge is happening.
Has it got an alarm on it by anychance?

Back home now...no alarm m8 going to strip it tomorrow n investigate..thanks guys ;-)

My battery charges fine if I ride with no lights on but is totally flat if I ride with them on. Done loads of different check and I think it's the R/R which seems a common problem.
If you search the forum for charging problems there's loads of sound advice and testing on there.
