ok i'm not usually one for slagging chicken strips but that is bad. i think the rider is scared of the bike. the lean angle he must be getting looks about the same as the bike is on the sidestand. poor owner.

In fairness bib, it's an expensive bit o' metal :D

Got to admit I do often check the chicken strips on fancy bikes.

Not sure I agree. I don't see any factory bobbly bits, so he's obviously had it over a few times to wear them off, but just has way more wear down the middle. Perhaps it's a lot of motorway commuting miles.

But just so I can chime in with the slagging off, my nan has smaller chicken strips than that on her mobility scooter!

Sometimes you do get false/'lastride' chicken strips once it's been all the way over. But they look bonafide KFC.

True.

Two really, one for the tyres and another for buying Italian.

At least Italian bikes are more reliable than these triumph thingys.

or...

Its a new bike, the weathers been cold and wet and they look like Supercorsa's which IIRC arent best suited to the road at this time of year and he or she is being cautious with their new bike...

Not sure that's true, but when triumphs break they don't cost a 2nd mortgage to fix, i mean, dukes sound broke before you even ride them anywhere ;)

I don`t see any factory fur there , you can scrub a tire in to the edges then do a stupid amount af motorway miles and it will look like that . I can have an Avon Storm fitted to my bike and have it to the edge on the way home (and don`t start with finger wagging about new tires , if they feel good then do it) . On the flip side I can have a D203 ??? or whatever it`s called and feel like Satan himself is ready to push me over at the teeniest of dangle-age
