I went out for a couple of hours today in the Sun. I followed my mate to Loomies and from there we just rode a few random routes.

There are some good roads out there, even for those that don't know the area. There were so many bikers out today, and I don't blame them.

Well what can I say? Riding in the sun is soooooooooo much nicer than in the rain. :smt041 I might even be SLOWLY learning some sense of direction round here at last. We came back via Bordon and I know that area. So I'm starting to join the dots on directions. Instead of knowing the odd area but not being able to get from one to the other.

I have discovered the downside to riding in good weather; BUGS, and lots of them. My visor is covered in the little gits.

Wayne, glad you finally got a dry ride. To get rid of the bugs either
a) ride in the rain
b) put a piece of damp kitchen roll on them for a couple of minutes and they come off dead easy with another piece of damp kitchen roll.

I've had enough of option a! :king:
Option b sounds better. :D

Congrats mate! When you start to learn the routes and the corners, you can learn to push your comfort zone a bit each time. With bugs, my get home routine is march upstairs, grab my jay cloth, head to the bathroom and just scrub myself until the sink is full of dead stuff. Then finally, leave a few dead flies for the mrs to find for comedy value. :D

I won't try that one as I value my testicles too much. :smurfin:
