I'm asking as I've been offered a new full set of internals that are meant to be off a Curvy SV for not a lot of reddies

Not a lot, how much...
Given that a fairly local suspension type will do you a set reworked on an exchange basis to fit emulators... What's the point?
What are you going to do with them? There's nothing worth doing...

So again, what possible value are you going to get from them?
If you were capable of/going to mod them for emulators then you would be able to do it immediately while your forks were apart.
And that's f***ing expensive. I'll sell you a set for £59...

TBH I was on the hunt of a pair of new tubes as mine are a little bit battered

Well Andy, given that those bits are on the f***ing outside it's hardly likely someone is going to sell them (cheap...) described as internal is it.
If unsure, and this may be a mad mad suggestion, why not ask the seller?

Mate its full assemblies or the packet is marked as that. I was in picking something up in there. I was purely checking as the O/D was 37mm when we measured it

Any d*ckhead can write on a packet...
If it is suzuki full fork assembly (I seriously doubt it) then bargain. Otherwise find out what you're buying for sure or you're a mug...
