Replacement pedal rubbers

Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the rubbers in the main rider pedals (K3 SV1000n) If not has anyone fitted some replacement pedals that a) don't look crap and b) don't cost a fortune

Or has anyone upgraded and got an original set kicking about with decent rubbers that I can buy off them.

It's the foot rest rubbers I'm looking for. I need a gear selector rubber too but they are easier to find.
