Just a query as to if anyone has any photos of an SV or similar with the reg plate sunk slightly or to the side (and tastefully done)...
Don't ask why, could just use a few photos :)

Thanks folks,

why bump a post 3 days in a row, it isn't going to vanish!
can't see why you would want to make a number plate off centre on a motorbike, unless it was designed that way in the 1st place.

I did see a bracket on eBay last week that lets you position the number plate right under the rear just in front of the wheel, So you can get them, but to be honest it wasn't the best look and didnt look right in my opinion and would probably think it was illegal anyway!!!

Im think by law that the number plate has to be in a certain places thats why over here you see all the harleys that have number plates over the rear wheel, but in a america it is down on the left hand side by the belt drive

Pretty sure this is illegal in the uk
ive seen plenty of bikes with them so not sure if it is, i think as long as its mounted and visible from the rear of the bike. Also seen loads were the plate is mounted just behind the rear shock but im fairly sure that's illegal. Not sure why you would want a side mounted plate on anything other than a chopper though

but i may be wrong, after all just because someone has it on their bike it doesn't mean its correct, i know nothing on mine is
