Cheapest waterproof over-layers..?

Had a set of buffalo waterproofs on my eBay 'watch list' for a while and kept putting off getting them they're now gone :(
They only need to keep me dry on my way to work and fit over my leathers.
Any ideas on good deals about (could do with 2 piece)
