I'm not but if you do remember that an IP address does not identify a person or even a computer. It only suggests that either your router has downloaded the porn OR someone has made it look like that.

Anyone using your connection ever could have done it so if you think it wasn't you feel free to tell the company that.

There's no obligation to suggest who did, although you could always mention that your wireless is unlocked and upwards of 60 friends use it on a regular basis.
