I have spent the last few weeks with "God Save The Queen" by the Sex Pistols going through my head, then followed by other Sex Pistols songs, I never knew I knew so much of "Pretty Vacant"

For some reason The Cranberries - Zombie always chills me out and I absolutely love her voice in the song it's incredible. Also I love listening to Evanescence - My Immortal if I've had a bad day it lets me reflect.

And if I need a little pick-me-up
Super Mario Bros theme tune seems to make me all giddy and makes me chuckle :p

I respond to music in many ways, just recently I have had to give the black metal a rest due to a big drop in my mood since my shoulder injury and being constantly on pain killers. So I have been listening to lots of David Bowie, Queen and even Fleetwood Mac. There have been times when a piece of music can move me to tears for no apparent reason, however this current wetness I am putting down to pain and medication induced blues. Once this has passed, I shall be back on the Burzum, Watain and Enslaved, but for now I suggest that you go and grab a copy of "A Night at the Opera" by Queen. It is a beautiful album, but to be honest, just do yourselves a favour andgo and get the whole Queen back catalog!

Lol I have LOADS of instruments lying around that I picked up here and there.

Learned the Organ when I was a kid, played Coronet then Trombone in my school brass band.

Then left it all for years, now trying to get back into it all.

the Guitar hadn't been out to play since I moved house last year, that is until I picked up a copy of Rocksmith at my local 2nd hand game shop (still not released inthe UK tho.) In a couple of weeks I have gone from not being able to play to being able to play along reasonably well with Satisfaction by The Stones

Oh and heres an even crazier Mario Beatbox

Back on topic, lose it songs,

Drowning Pool - Bodies

Disturbed - Down with the Sickness

If you mean lose it emotionally

Queen - Who wants to live forever (and the Piano only version - Forever)

Queen - Too much love will kill you.

Queen - These are the days of our lives - I still think this was Freddy saying goodbye to everyone.

The Eagles - Desperado

Kelly Clarkson - Because of You

Adele - Someone Like You

I have a wide and varied taste, some of it just happens to match what you like :)

For example, the following albums are on my phone at the moment...

The Alan Parsons Project - Ladyhawe Soundtrack.
The Bee Gees Discography
C418 - The Minecraft Soundtrack
Chitty Chitty Band Band Soundtrack
Daft Punk - Tron Legacy
Evenescence - Evanescence
Matrix Soundtrack
Portal 2 Soundtrack
Ron Hubbard Soundtracks for C64
Rock of Ages Soundtrack (and Yes Tom Cruise CAN sing heavy rock...)
Suckerpunch Soundtrack
Still Crazy Soundtrack
The Black Mages I, II and III (Final Fantasy Soundtracks performed by the composers Rock Band)
Toto - Dune Soundtrack
Vangelis - Bladerunner.

There are also a couple of mix folders with even weirder stuff in them.

Still think I have taste :p

My musical taste has some great pedigree......................but occasionally theres one that just don't fit, and this is the one, Yes, even hard nosed Yorkshire burds cave in sometimes, makes me cry just hearing the first bar.

Brought from the depths of a massive sudden change in my life, a twisted mess, a breakdown, the end of a relationship, ripping my own heart out to save me from madness, running away to an org rideout to salvage my mental state

and a man who picked up the pieces from afar, mending it with gaffer tape, and refusing to let go

Happens to be on my list of film wheepies too!

One of my favourites along with Possession(Piano version). I love a lot of Queen songs as well.

Actually I've given it more thought and if it was one song that I've lost it slightly to with a few tears years ago and instilled a belief that it was just a rubbish day, that everyone has rubbish days and hope for a brighter future.

It was the last song he recorded, Brian May sang the last verse . .

Closer and Lough Erin Shore from The Corrs first album 'Forgiven, Not Forgotten', also the title track are in the same category too . .

I knew somebody else must have bought that first Corrs album! "Forgiven Not Forgotten" is a cracking tune. Re the Queen stuff, I always thought that the guitar solo on "These Are The Days..." was one of May's best work - very simple but just perfect for the song (see also the guitar solo on "Rosanna" by Toto)
