I normally drive to the gym on heavy leg or tricep days but today it was easier to take the bike. However heavy leg work out + riding the sv home = not actually knowing where my legs are at traffic lights, nearly dropped the sucker haha!
I quite often go to the Gym in the morning after work and then have to ride home. Often overdone it - cramp on a bike is not a good thing! Fortunately my ride home is less than 10 mins really...

I'm not ****ing surprised you nearly dropped the bike.
Definitely a bad idea, surprised you can work a clutch in a car after that tbh

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and to be fair it's not hard to hold a bike up legs locked out like at lights, just felt a bit rubbery.

190Kg squats, no wonder your crippled. I'm friends with body builders that struggle at that weight

Oh I struggled! My legs and back are my strong bits. Which is why i played rugby all my life until after uni when I just kept up the training to stave off the effects of my horrible diet for as long as possible.
