K9 R&G Tail Tidy Number Plate LEDs not working

Hello all, new member here.

I've had my SK9 for 2 months since doing my DAS and I'm loving it !

Just realised that the LED number plate lights integral to the R&G tail tidy that was already on he bike doesn't work. There is power at the connector so assume the LED assy is dead. It has P/N 50R-E9-00.154 marked on it.
Is it possible to get a new LED assy ? I've tried a search on the R&G website and a general google search using the above P/N with no joy.

Any advice greatly appreciated as I want to get it fixed to keep me legal.

I'll send them an enquiry and see what they say - hopefully not, that'll be £60 for a new tail tidy please !

Polarity is important with LED lights, swap wires over and see what happens.

I managed to get a new LED assy from R&G for £20.

Hooked it up and it's all good :D

£20!!! I got mine for £12 and that was through R&G also. Although I have a 2007 but I can't see there being any difference?

I managed to get a new LED assy from R&G for £20.

Hooked it up and it's all good :D

Just double checked, paid roughly £18 all in with vat + p&p.
