I went swimming today for the first time in a while and after a few lengths I realised I was thinking about different racers when I got to their number. I also stopped three times to say a quick blessing for different riders when I got to their number.
For Info the three numbers were;
#46
#58
#74
I also endded up doing 155 lengths and 3100mtrs, god I'm gonna suffer for it tomorrow.
But I'm starting to think that I need help, is there anyway to switch off a brain that thinks about bikes 95% of the time. other 5% filled with beers and boobies.

You don't require any help - there's nothing wrong. Anyone that doesn't spend their time on such subjects needs psychological help.
so when you think of cuddles your brain goes into spasm. ahhh i see why you like cuddles you cuddle slut you.

cuddles are an underlying issue, most of the time involving beer or boobies. sometimes both :)

what if there was a pussy on said bike
you said "what if you are on your bike thinking of boobies", mine is "there are boobies on the bike". Big difference between thinking of something and them being there ;)

When I swim lengths, usually once a week, I start off thinking about all sorts of things, but after about the first kilometer my brain relaxes and I just think about the numbers, I do not swim as far as you though, only about 2 1/4 km at a go. By the end I am so desperate not to loose count of how far I have been that the numbers are the only thing that I think of.

lets be honest the worst thing you can do is think about boobies when your swimming... Oh the drag it causes... helps with the stearing though...

Btw, I actually meant the boobies were sitting on the bike drinking beer, not woman, just a set of boobies :)

3100 meters? That's nearly miles! I could never do that. I always just try to tag along behind a fit bird who is doing breast stroke.

If you're having a conversation with another bike, the following is perfectly undrestandable and allowable.
However, non bikers get quite put off the conversation when I get a distracted look on my face, ask them to Shhh a bit, then go 'ahh a V twin'!

The only thing that stops me thinking about bikes is kids.........
They switch off every thought of anything else too.

CC there is nothing wrong mate. You have been influenced by "normal" people who don't understand. Normal people frighten me.

I recall a very prophetic t-shirt design that was about when I started riding many years ago - if I had to explain it you wouldn't understand. Still as relevant today.
And thanks to places like spreadshirt.co.uk you can recreate such shirts.

Buy the kids a bike, that should help combine the two ;)

Everything stops for bikes, example being if i see or hear a bike in any form then whatever im doing stops until bike has gone by. I even nod to bikers when im walking or in a car or bus! :)

Same. I said hello to a guy walking through Glasgow in his bike gear this morning. Hope the fox top was enough for him to click.
