I need to get rid of Three contract, they are totally useless my phone is broken can I get it fixed? Hell no, they don't even speak English the douch bags.

I need a business contract with good customer service, they sort things out right away without any BS, with international options that I can just set up, turn on and off ect. I need an a smart phone, not Iphone. suggestions please people.

Don't go with O2. They're also douchebags, and drove me away to Three (who it turned out are even worse).

Im on three, but I live in Northern Ireland and if you want anything in the way of 3G speed its the only option. I had an iPhone on O2 before my current and it was many many months of ownership before I even knew it could display "3G" beside the operator.

Their customer service I have found is mildly helpful.... but I do get a lot of sales calls from india asking if I would like to upgrade to an iPhone 4 for free which does annoy me considering I have a 4s which was acquired via them....

Quite the opposite actually, I'm actually very much at peace but I know what I want and don't have time to mess about pretty much. Life is very busy for me, I'm the happiest I have been for a very long time time but there ya go.

Right on tracks guys if anyone can help that would be awesome.

I've never known a mobile phone company that has been good in anyway. I've always been overcharged, spammed with constant sales calls, lied to about what reception I'll get, given over inflated prices, or connected to call centres with people who don't speak English and don't care.

I know it's not very helpful for you, but the whole industry, imo, is one of those industries that is just a money grabbing joke. I tried googling for "Business mobile contracts" to see if there was a service where you can pay more buy get a better product, but I couldn't find anything.

Yeah sounds right I guess, I don't think it has to business tbh I can write any contract off against tax anyways. I just want a good customer service to sort things out then they go wrong unlike Three.

Pretty much nailed it on the head. I have a few friends with O2, and they all have had no problems. Know a few people with 3 too, couple of them have had no problems, but the ones who have, have had a nightmare sorting it out.

I'm with T mobile at the moment. Since they joined with Orange, my signal has got worse, 3G is very hit & miss, then they go and increase my contract payment. Needless to say that I will be looking forward to telling them to popke their network!

Have just taken out a TalkMobile contract. No idea yet if it's any good but it was cheap.

My mate has a business contract with Vodafone. They ring him up all the time asking if everything is ok so I take it from that it is perhaps a good place to go...

I'm going for Giff Gaff - 02 network, customer service is hit and miss but they're cheap, do unlimited internet and free calls to other users.

I'll be taking all 6 of my Three contracts over to them as they expire.
