Alreet folks,
One of the guys that I work with is being really brave and swimming a mile in Salford Quays (hopefully without dissolving in it) to raise money for a charity that looked after him when he was younger.
Dan had an osteosarcoma, diagnosed age 8, and was really looked after by Liverpool CHICS. They provide trips etc. for kids with cancer, and work really closely with Alder Hey.
Take a look, throw in a few quid and pass it to your mates, eh? :)
