may be able to get out, sprockets and chain on, new push rod in just waiting for my plastic and need another indicator. Nearly there!

I'll see how my back is! I'm on muscle relaxants at the mo so not a good idea to ride while of my face!

You don't need plastics and indicators to get out

I've got a new front to scrub in so may be up for a light bimble. May even be able to go around corners again.

@thunderache. Bimble=not riding like you hair's on fire!

Last few rides Mark, Nathan has been as slow as a granny driving a broken mobility scooter in a Max Payne style slow motion sequence, with Jupiter gravity, on a road made entirely from treacle, while dead. He hasn't had enough petrol to open it up, so we've been mocking him, riding around him in circles, pointing and laughing, and sending him post cards from a few miles up the road.

The boy is SLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

I'm keen :-) but only on Sunday :-(

I don't have any indicators on my bike, or lights.

I do have a horn though and a back brake light and lots of plastic held together by stickers, so I am legal.

Probably best you ride in the middle of the pack then mate. Could be safer for you not being able to leave an indicator on though. :D :-P

Have you got your dodgy front end sorted? Was it just the tyre pressure?

The Idle Biker

Yes, sorted. It only had 10psi in???? arggghh.

I'm still going through the "oh, I didn't notice that, that's a bit naff" stage.

Got to keep reminding myself that's it's a track bike first and foremost and a bit of naff finishing doesn't matter.

Off to Cadwell Park for 2 days on the track next week, need a spin at the weekend to get friendly with it.

He's always slow, just thinks he's quick! Now he's been to TVAM he rides everywhere at 30 decked out head to toe in hi-viz. now smokes a pipe when he pulls over to adjust his slippers.

Me and he had a very sedate ride out on he way home from TVAM but it did get a little exciting when a burst of smoke from the rough shag in my pipe temporarily obscured a particularly exciting righthander and as auntie Nathan was filling in his ride diary at the time he nearly followed me into the same field!

Hopefully fallout can give us both a lesson in sprightly riding.

I hate that! Looking forward to seeing it though mate. So long as it's riding well now and you don't feel you were done by the seller, don't worry about it.

Hopefully fallout can give us both a lesson in sprightly riding.

Hell yeah! My chicken strips are down to 50% of the surface of the tyre now!

Well that's only a small step down from your previous bikes miniscule, epilepsy inducing ones.

You'll need to be ready to respond should another epicuro come up! You'll kick yourself of you miss another one and end up with some half hearted sports bike

Your obsessed with Epicuro's. Stop all that weird babbling or I'll end up buying one.

I googled Epicuro a few days ago and opened up a new savings account the same day. I may re-mortgage the house. Just gotta have one.

You may not actually be cool enough to join the Epicuro clan. You have to be pretty special to carry off such a machine. May bring mine along to the next ride-out just to show you what's what.

That is correct as I recall you mentioned me not riding in front as I was too slow and easily overtakeable!:smt062

I wouldn't if I were you. I may steal it. I would risk my freedom for that stallion.

The only reason why I didn't overtake you on that straight was because I was picking my nose with my throttle hand.
