I believe they can be purchased from any good bike shop in Victorian London.

This one belongs to a a friend, but they come from E-Bay for about half a crown!

The guy who owns this one, says that they are great fun until you crash, then it really hurts! :D

Isn't that the standard wheel size ratio for the R1200GS?

A friend of my Dad is into these, but he rides (and falls off) the full sized things.

Now they really do look mad, how do you stop without falling off? Do you have to have someone there to catch you?

Brake on the rear , and as you slow down you put a foot down and then lean onto it ................. not in an dissimilar way to Motorcycling , or Cycling

Now if I was properly hard I would have gone for a black metal, double handed, Satan salute! :smt041

how do you stop

Slow your pedaling, pull front brake lever and apply face to concrete/asphalt surface rather hard.

Thank you Geo, it was a rather evil title wasn't it?

I must admit, I never mastered the unicycle, but would love to give it a go again one day. Falling off has never been so funny or infuriating! :D
