Hi,
Does anyone know if the forks from a Gladius will fit a K5 pointy?
Thanks
no they wont as the glady has a gearbox speed sensor so there is no lug on the leg for the pointy sensor.

The front spindle is the same part, as are the wheel bearings, fork seals and calipers. Clearly the mudguard mounts are different, and I take Bibio's point about the speedo sensor but it doesn't require a lug on the leg, and the Gladius simply has two spindle spacers where on the SV the speedo drive is also a spacer. Therefore I reckon there's a fair chance they'll fit - no guarantees though, and I don't know about disc spacing.

Cheers guys, I think I'll pass on taking the forks from a gladius, seems too much hassle and too many unknowns. Especially as I'm strapped for cash and don't want to spend money on something that may or may not work :/
