Was awesome!

I did a full 2hr session of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu last night and all I can say is 'WOW'

Anyone else on here ever done it?

Aye i tried it once after me kapap session, enjoyed it a lot but to be honest after 2 and a half hours of getting punched in the balls im ready for home!

I did try it and enjoyed it but the training was on the same nights as Muay Thai training and I didn't want to give that up. One thing I will say about BJJ is it is ALOT harder than it looks.

Been very tempted, same with muay thai (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGUdUkVhU-I) know a chap that's an amateur/semi-pro fighter (don't know what the arrangement is to be honest). Think I'll go for boxing when I get some free time like the rest of the proper white bois

depends if it's a relaxed romantic birthday one or one of those where I accidentally drop the knife and they try to get away.. (been listening to sean lock today so sorry for the dark comedy lol)

You need to get them in the back of the transit first then escape is more difficult. Plus a claw hammer has a softer grip than a knive, easier to keep hold of.
I would just ask them though mate, women usually don't mind giving out hugs.
