Pointy rear light smoked (no signals)?

Is it possible to get a smoked rear light to fit my sv1000s without integrated signals, and if so where.

I got the cheap tinted one of eBay and cut the wires that power the indies iirc I payed about £20

Would that mean there would be non working LEDs on the unit, or do they all work just don't change from red to amber?
