Hi,
I need a little help from the org, maybe people with a little more experience might be able to help, I have been trying to get my knee down since the last GM, without success. I have even consulted other members of the org and taken pictures of them to see how they manage it. Alas, no luck, they don't seem to manage it either, hence I have turned it over to you all. The pic below shows a member attempting it with out success, where are we going wrong?

You need to hang off the boat more and hope for a decent size wave.

From what I remember your legs are about 6 ft long so it will happen. Here's what I had to do.
Yeah, thats right, so it should be easier than it seems....

2. Wait for a hot day.
It was really nice and warm today, but maybe the surface was still a little damp, I struggle for grip if I turn too tight, the back end just slides out.

Cheers the advice, I might well try again tomorrow, maybe take some more pics or video and see where we are going wrong, see how the weather is in the morning.

He's not trying to hard in that photo. Get someone else at the helm and get hanging off the side of that boat

When getting your knee down, always look out for puddles, you don't want to get wet! ;-)
