Insurance claim calls

Feb 2010 and someone bumped the wifes car, a very minor fist sized dent, they left a number, insurance sorted the repair, job done.

So why for the last 3 months do claim companies keep ringing telling me I can claim for injuries??

The car was unattended and was nothing more than a carpark knock. The first call came out of the blue and I had forgot about the prang as it was dealt with swiftly and uneventful but they keep calling.

I've tried polite, I've tried rude, then I thought I'd waste their time when they said I could be in line for a claim and asked about injuries.

I mentioned broken leg in 3 places, broken ankle, broken ribs, broken nose, concussion and I suffer occasionally with a bad back, they sounded so excited and said I was in line for a big payout due to the injuries I received in the accident, I said, "oh i didn't get them in the accident as no one was in the car, they are from football injuries over the years"!!

It felt better than ranting at them, but If anyone knows how to stop them calling let me know, I'm registered with TPS but isn't working.

get txt's all the time. thing is i have never been involved in an accident and have 15 years no claims. it's the insurance companies sell your details to anyone that will pay just like motability who sold my wifes details to every tom **** and harry.
