Got some bits and bobs for the bike yesterday for my birthday and have just been out and fitted them. I got some oxford led indicators but I didn't bother fitting the resistors that came with them to alter the flash rate because I want to get an led indicator relay instead. Does anybody know if I still need to chop the resistors in as well or just plug and play with the relay?

I also got some bar ends, when the bike went for its last mot it came back one bar end less than I dropped it off with. The problem is I have fitted TL1000s clip ons and the right hand clip on has a small threaded hole for a bar end to screw straight on and the other clip on has just got a large tapering hole for an expanding rubber bung.
I phoned pro bolt and enquired about the ones listed for a TL but they don't come with rubber bungs, so ordered a set of universal fitment instead.
No matter what I try the bar end will not stay on. I have seen a set in HG that have an alloy expanding fitment and wondered if anyone has used these and if they stay tight or not.

Also, does anyone know if a number plate light is a legal requirement for the mot now?

On the plus side, I got some of the chinese spazzo levers off of ebay for £22 delivered. They are fantastic, really easy to fit, are comfortable and look great. Went for black standard length with blue adjusters.
I also got a stainless steel axle nut from pro bolt to go with the adjuster plates that Bibio sells. These plates look great and I can confirm that they make wheel alignment a lot easier and more accurate than the standard ones.

Plug & play with the relay
