View Full Version : access to box hill this sunday?
Does anyone know the cyclists' exact route from the mall to box hill? I love riding as much as I love cycling so would be nice to ride my motor and view some cycling. i know box hill you have to pay for but what's happening to the normal sunday at ryka's? I think when I went last week there was something about it being open as usual.

Sunday you should come on Rictus's ridout so we can meet you.

LOTS of roads are closed. We have friends living at Box Hill, they are trapped at home. If they want to go out they have to leave at something like 4am and can't come back until 10pm...
Another friend has to get from Farncombe to West Horsley on Sunday morning - currently it looks like he'll have to go out to the M25 and back as the direct routes are all closed.

Attached to real life over a virtual one mate, will update thread later for an alternate start location is probably the easiest way.
Cheers Mark.

Rode through past rikas, dorking and ashtead looks like if your in those area's you'll be lucky to miss some sort of traffic or diversions.
What cycle race or event is it?
