Datatool system 3 problem - CBR600.

As title on my cbr 600f.
Battery went flat, so took off to charge, when I refitted the alarm will not disarm with the fob.
I've followed the instructions for despiking but still not working, the bike will start but cuts out when I select a gear.

Any help would be great.

that's a little confusing, the alarm will either stop it starting at all (working as it should) or allow it to start if it's not working, whether it be in gear or not, which is one issue.

the bike starting (ignoring any alarm issue) and stopping when selecting gear is an issue of the neutral position sensor or side stand cut out.

deal with each separately and you'll probably have more joy, or at the very least give others a better clue as to what is going on.

Seconded. I can't see that spiking the alarm is in any way related to the bike cutting out. It has to be one of the other two (or within the safety circuit).
