I'm looking to sell my silver 2002 SV650S. 27,000 miles on the clock. My collected bits and accessories are at the bottom of the post and can go with it or be bought separately.
It has fender extender, scottoiler, Beowulf stainless pipe (lovely sound!), a nice new dark tint double-bubble screen and LED indicators. I've installed a KX-10R '04 shock which has made an amazing difference to the handling. I changed the fork oil for a heavier weight about 3,000 miles back.
Tyres (Angel STs), brake pads, chain and steering head bearings have all been refreshed in the last 4,000 miles. Halfway through giving it a service myself so it's just had fresh plugs and oil.
I've stripped the bubbling lacquer off the forks but they could do with a bit more polishing work to make them pretty. There's spot rust on some fasteners, a small dent in the left hand side of the tank (from stalling at a junction - it was my first big bike!) and some scratches low on the right hand fairing panel (some idiot reversed into it out of their parking space).
There will soon be a spot weld required on the rear downpipe, but it's perfectly fine for the moment.
I've been told it's worth £1500 private sale, but I need a quick sale so I'm dropping the target price to £1300 - but will consider offers under!
Separately, or bundled with the bike, I have:
the original shock (£30+postage)
Hagon progressive front fork springs (£40 + postage)
braided lines kit for the front brakes (£30 + postage)
Haynes manual (£10 + postage)
Potentially there are a couple of other bits and tools, but I'll have to check what I can use on the new bike.
If any of those prices seem unreasonable, let me know and I'll consider revising them down.
(Pictures will follow if anyone's interested)
