right having some problems with the front brakes.

right took claipers off to change the front pads, right hand side one the retaining bolt was seized in so i left, left hand side one come out after a struggle, but in doing this i managed to speperate the claiper where the black rubber spring type things are, there are 2 on each claiper (bottom right in the picture)

after this a gave up and took it to a shop. there rebuilt the seized clapier and put the new pads in, on the ride home there seems to be 1/2 the amount of pressure in the lever, it comes almost back to the bar so make 2 finger braking harder as the lever hits my finger. but 4 finger braking is fine, stops well, but there also seems to be very little middle ground, i mean there not much good when going slow as it seems to almost be full on or not. i have the pazzo like levers on them and its on the maximum setting, where as before it was on number 4.

it feels like when you put new pads in you need to pump the lever to bring the pressure up, it feel like it still needs to be pumped but you cant.

what could be wrong??? not bled right??
they say in could be the master cylinder, but it was fine before.

any ideas??

I'd have a look at bleeding the system through. If they've had the caliper off to service it then there could be some air left in them. Not a good way to be left. If you're not 100% sure about what you're doing though I'd see is someone could help you out, or get it back to the garage to let them sort it (I'd try that first as they are responsib;e for the air in the system).
